Pork Dumplings. In the book, Felix steals a few of these from a food stand on the streets of Socren to share with Kole. While Socren is in an impoverished state, they manage to grow potatoes and other roots vegetables on the outskirts of the city's overworked farmland.

I used ground pork, but pulled pork would work if it's finely shredded.
What cut of pork did you use? Would it work with pulled pork? Looks delicious--well done!
